Refurbished Lincoln Vantage 400

Scope of refurbishment includes:

• Fully dismantle machine, remove all hardware/engine/generator from base assembly.
• Sand blasting of base assembly and repair where required. Sand blasting of external black panels.
• Prime and powder coat of external black panels (Internal and external) or replacement with NEW where required.
• Polishing of stainless panels and replacement where required.
• New stainless panel screws and nuts.
• Inspection of engine mounts and replacement where required.
• Remove radiator, send away for refurbishment. (Pressure test, flush and paint)
• Fully flush fuel tank and replace inlet and outlet gromets.
• Remove and check fuel sender and replace where required.
• MEG Check (Insulation test to 500V) Rotor and stator assembly.
• Replacement of rotor bearing upon assembly.
• New Brush Gear and clean slip rings.
• New excitation rectifier.
• All new decals including control panel, danger decals and canopy decals.]
• Inspection of weld rectifier and replacement where required.
• Dismantle, clean and refit all chopper, choke and rectifier connections.
• New 12V battery.
• New Fan belt.
• Engine fully serviced (Engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter)
• New Schneider 15A and 20A socket outlets and New RCD.
• Load testing of weld output at 350A for 30 minutes.
• 100% functionally tested with a certificate provided.
• 3-month parts and labour warranty provided with the option of extended warranty

Machines can also be made to a desired specification including.

• BMA or standard mine spec.
• Galvanised frame and drip tray.
• Battery and starter isolators.
• Weld leads.
• LN25 Wire feeder
• Gouging torch
