Refurbished Lincoln Ranger 305D
Scope of refurbishment includes:
- Fully dismantle the machine, and remove all hardware/engine/generator from the base assembly.
- Sandblasting of base assembly and repair where required. Sandblasting of external black panels.
- Prime and powder coat of external black panels (Internal and external) or replacement with NEW where required.
- New panel screws.
- Inspection of engine mounts and replacement where required.
- Remove the radiator, and send it away for refurbishment. (Pressure test, flush and paint)
- Fully flush fuel tank.
- Remove and check the fuel sender and replace where required.
- MEG Check (Insulation test to 500V) Rotor and stator assembly.
- Replacement of rotor bearing upon assembly.
- New Brush Gear and clean slip rings.
- All new decals including control panel, danger decals and canopy decals.
- Inspection of weld rectifier and replacement where required.
- Dismantle, clean and refit all chopper, choke and rectifier connections.
- New 12V battery.
- New Fan belt.
- Engine fully serviced (Engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter)
- New Schneider 15A and 20A socket outlets and New RCD.
- Load testing of weld output at 300A for 30 minutes.
- 100% functionally tested with a certificate provided.
- 3-month parts and labour warranty provided with the option of extended warranty
Machines can also be made to a desired specification including:
- BMA or standard mine spec
- Galvanised frame and drip tray.
- Battery and starter isolators.
- Weld leads
- LN25 Wire feeder
