Scope of refurbishment includes:

• Fully dismantle the machine, and remove all hardware/engine/generator from the base assembly.
• Sandblasting of base assembly and repair where required. Sandblasting of external black panels.
• Prime and powder coat of external black panels (Internal and external) or replacement with NEW where required.
• New panel screws.
• Inspection of engine mounts and replacement where required.
• Remove the radiator, and send it away for refurbishment. (Pressure test, flush and paint)
• Fully flush fuel tank.
• Remove and check the fuel sender and replace where required.
• MEG Check (Insulation test to 500V) Rotor and stator assembly.
• Replacement of rotor bearing upon assembly.
• New Brush Gear and clean slip rings.
• All new decals including control panel, danger decals and canopy decals.
• Inspection of weld rectifier and replacement where required.
• Dismantle, clean and refit all chopper, choke and rectifier connections.
• New 12V battery.
• New Fan belt.
• Engine fully serviced (Engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter)
• New Schneider 15A and 20A socket outlets and New RCD.
• Load testing of weld output at 300A for 30 minutes.
• 100% functionally tested with a certificate provided.
• 3-month parts and labour warranty provided with the option of extended warranty

Machines can also be made to a desired specification including:

• BMA or standard mine spec
• Galvanised frame and drip tray.
• Battery and starter isolators.
• Weld leads
• LN25 Wire feeder
